1. General Terms and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the runx88 platform and all associated services. When you register, log in, or use the platform in any way, you automatically agree to these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on runx88, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• Each person may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Accuracy of Information

runx88 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete, the account may be suspended or closed and any earned bonuses or winnings may be cancelled.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, home address, or payment method will be treated as a violation of the single account policy. In such cases, runx88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

runx88 is highly committed to protecting minors from gaming. For this reason, we may verify age and identity at any stage.

• A copy of a National Identity Card (NID) or passport may be requested.
• Identity verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal is processed.
• Additional documents may be requested to confirm ownership of a payment method.

Some account features may be temporarily suspended during the verification process. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in account closure.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

runx88 supports convenient local payment methods for users in Bangladesh. The details of our deposit and withdrawal policy are provided below:

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We support the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

5.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 for all methods
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 for all methods
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is usually completed within 10–45 minutes.

5.3 Payment Verification

Full account verification may be required before any withdrawal. The payment method must be registered in the account holder's name. Transferring funds to a third-party account is not permitted.

5.4 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The amount must be clearly confirmed for both deposits and withdrawals.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

runx88 regularly provides various bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply to the use of these offers:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, bringing the total balance to ৳47,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the bonus amount becomes withdrawable only after placing bets totalling 15 times the bonus.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• A promotion may be claimed only once, unless stated otherwise in the terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is completed.
• runx88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse is suspected.
• Each offer may have a specific validity period, which will be stated on the offers page.

6.4 VIP Program

runx88 has four VIP tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week

Through regular and active gaming, you can advance to higher VIP tiers.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

runx88 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users.

• All games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair outcomes.
• Game results are entirely independent and do not depend on any previous round.
• If any user notices a system error or unexpected result, they must notify support immediately.
• If a game result is incomplete due to a technical error, the bet amount for that round will be refunded.
• Server records are considered final. In the event of any dispute, server logs will serve as the authoritative record.

8. Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on runx88 and may result in immediate account closure:

• Playing games using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes (Collusion).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting cyber attacks against the platform or theft of data.

9. Responsible Gaming Policy

9.2 Signs of Problem Gambling

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, runx88 will not be held liable for the following:

• Gaming being disrupted due to technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.

• Account information being stolen due to the user's own negligence.
• Any losses arising from the user's own financial decisions.
